NICK F. NELSON
Nick F. Nelson is an entertainment marketer, author, and motivational speaker. As Principal and Chief Marketing Officer of LIQUID SOUL, the country’s premier strategic communications agency; Nelson is an innovative force and has produced targeted marketing and communications strategies for some of television’s highest rated shows and more than 20 number-one box office films.
Nelson’s keen ability for connecting brands to targeted consumers through entertainment, has led to him working with leading consumer, brands. Most notable include Disney, ESPN, General Mills, HBO, NBC, STARZ, Warner Bros. Pictures and Walmart.
Recognized as the “Agency Marketer of the Year” by the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association in 2012, Nelson became the first, and only, African-American to receive the honor in its more than 50-years of existence.

THE FAMILY MAN
Nelson is a devoted husband of over 15 years and a loving father. In 2013 his father, the late Dr. William E. Nelson Jr., passed away due to health issues. Before his passing, Nelson’s father asked that he take on the personal care of his mother (who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease) and challenged him to provide his own wife and son a life equal to or better than the one he had given him. It is this challenge that drives Nelson’s personal life and reminds him that above all, family comes first.

THE COMMUNITY SERVANT
Nelson makes it a priority to remain active in the community. He currently serves as board chair for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha and The 100 Black Men of Atlanta. An ordained deacon and ministry leader, Nelson provides mentorship to youth and adults, passing along his values of faith, service, and love for all humankind.
